Trinity has a one-year limited warranty on all items! If a customer needs a replacement part for an item, and the purchase date is within one year, Trinity will send the replacement part free of charge.
If this product is defective, email email@example.com or call 1-800-985-5506 (Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–5:00 pm, PST).
Trinity will replace the determined defective part at no cost to you.
Please do not ship your product back to Tailored Garages or to Trinity unless they send you written instructions for return.
A copy of your original purchase receipt must accompany the returned product. Contact Support@TailoredGarages.com if you need a copy.
In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, Trinity will notify you how to proceed.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Standard ground shipping orders will ship within 1-2 business days from order date as long as it is in stock.
Freight shipping (workbenches, tool chests, etc.) takes 1-5 business days to ship. Please note that a Customer Service Representative will contact you before shipping so that we can confirm your shipping information. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns made after 30 days will be accepted under the following conditions:
Brand new items in box can be returned at no expense to the customer.
Opened and used items can be returned, but the return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer.
